The old lighthouse Clare Island on the west coast of Irish island, Emerald is put up to sale at 2.8million $.
The lighthouse has been builted in 1806 and was working for 159 year. In 1965 it stopped its professional activity. After that, the lighthouse has been refurbished into a confortable living house with large windows and with brethtaking views to the Atlantic. It is that rare case, when I feel sorry that I am not a millionaire.
